wow ihavnt updated in like almost a month. but hey... i am doing it now right?

well not a whole lot going on right now... working almost sixty hrs a week... at least fifty every week. but hey it looks good on the paycheck right? anyway... the flower and garden festival is almost over... three weeks left.  i will be happy to go back to mission and test track. but on the other hand part of me wil miss the festival. the people  that i get to work with are so totally awesome... i am going to miss them for sure. i will just have to go back to MGM and see them all the time! that would be awesome... and then they can get me onto tower and coaster with no wait.... how cool is that!

but hey... i am tired and beat.. i worked eleven hrs today and didnt get a break (i know illegal but who is gonna win that fight with disney?) tomorrow i am working eleven hrs and then going to PI with some friends (PI = pleasure island for those of you that didnt know) it is so much fun... i love it! that is the plan for tomorrow night and then i have monday and tuesdau off.

welp i am going to get to bed... just wanted to let everyone know that fllrida is going fabulously and i lvoe it here. not enough to stay forever... but enough to love it to death. a good experience to look back on. i am off to bed and then i have to get up to another eleven hour day tomorrow! yeah... or not. but hey tomorrow is eleven to ten... call anytime! luv ya all! miss you all to death!

i feel kinda guilty right now... i called off today. i am not exactly dying, but i really didnt feel well at all. i went home early yesterday because i didnt feel well and now i called off today. it is no big deal in the long run, but for right now i feel a little guilty. people have been calling off of the festival left and right and so they have been short on people on a regular basis. oh well though, it is my day off and i can decide when i want to take it and when i dont...

so i am going to go pick up my check and get it cashed, then i am prolly going out to dinner tonight. fun stuff! outback... mmmm cheese fries. anyway...

just checkin in and letting you guys in on the life and times of jess. its weird everyone here calls me jess, it hasnt been jessica since i got here. it is a little odd.... not that i mind it, i just have never had people call me jess on a regular basis before. there are a few select people that call me jess, but even then it is only once in a while at home. i had to talk to one of my mangers at work cause she kept calling me jessie, and i hate that. i just dont know why, and it just really gets under my skin.  irritates the hell out of me, and she didnt know that, so all day she kept  calling me jesie and i like fristled everytime i heard it, so thenm finally she introduced me to another manger (cause i have like six) and she called me jessie, and i said jess. it's jess, i really dont like jessie. she felt bad and i told her iwas no big deal, that once in a while i wont say anything, but everytime someone tlaks to me and i tends to get on ym nerves.

so i talked to my sister, (big sigh of frustration) and i found out she forgot my dad's birthday. mark of all people, the one that pays her cell phone bill, the one that moved her to toledo cause she was so miserable in enon with her family. she did call him to say happy birthday, it broke my heart. i was so pissed at her for that. and then i find out she hasnt been paying her phone bill to him, he pays the company cause she is on his plan, and then she pays him so she doesnt have to pay the big bucks to have another plan made just for her. it has been like six months, and i was pissed. i called her and then she was all like yellingat me and telling me to mind my own f***ing business and that i shouldnt be talking to her liek that ans me of all people should know that money gets tight. i told her to quit talking to me like that and well.... to make a long story short she hung up on me (beat me to it) and then the next time i talked to her she was all like it was my fault and then she couldnt understand why i wasnt in any kind of hurry to make her reservations for her for her trip to disney. (that i am getting her a discount on)

anyway... work is fun. i have made a good impression on all of my managers so far, and they all seem to like me. the other people i work with like me too, and they are all so nice. the few people that do the stocking for the two stores i work at are a little different story, but hey, you cant like evryone and cant expect everyone to liek you right? they are just lazy as all get out and disrespecrtful to the people they work with. but hey, it is only like one shift per week that i work with them both, and then the rest of the time it is one or the other, so i am not to worried about it. i still like my job, it is fun, hard and i am beat by the end of the day, but it is so much fun. i love talking to the people and the little kids. we have things called amgic moments, and they are so much fun to do with the kids and the parents enjoy it because they get to havea couple mins to themselves to look around the store or see someone else put a smile on their face. it is just fun, and disney is a fabulous place to work. i dont get paid shit, but hey, i am not here to make money right? i am her to get a good expericne and to help my resume out. plus fulfilling a childhood dream isnt so bad either. right?

i am going to the next audition in July and i am so excited, i can not wait. everyone told me that i am going to be a great chacter and i have the personality and the want to do it. i dont want to do it so i dont have to deal with the people, i want to do it so i can make some little kids dreams come true. i am doing it because i want to be goofy or someone like that, and i really do want to be able to give someone a hug and them really think it is goofy. or that goofy sought them out and was looking for them to say hi or give them a happy birthday hug! i cant wait, and then during star warsweek i will prolly be able to be one of those chacters because most of them are tall and they are also full body costumes, so i will have the oppurtunity to do that also. i found out today that they dont call it, being goofy, they call it being friends with goofy. so it doesnt kill the illusion to the guests.

welp that is my update, prolly do another one in another day or two. i am so super busy it is crazy... 40 hrs this week! i am so excited! miss everyone like mad! hope you alla re having a great time and i cant wait to see you all again. i will prolly be coming home with in the next month and half or so... i have some stuff i gotta take care of at home and i want to see my family, so i will be able to spend time with all of you guys as well! love you dearly! cant wait tot alk to you guys again!
